| Saturday July 4th, 2009 was a busy day!! Sarah and Jennifer participated in the Harrison parade. We walked Basset hounds in the parade for Sarah's basset rescue Outlaw Basset Rescue. Later on that night in Harrison, we participated in a local festival by having a booth for Gallop Again and Outlaw Basset Rescue. We had items to be raffled, guess how many peppermints are in the jar! And other fun stuff, like have your pic taken with a Basset. Smokey may have found an adoptive home thanks to someone who noticed him at the festival. |
| Sarah and Jennifer set up a booth at an expo in New Richmond Ohio June 27th. We talked to the visitors about Basset rescue and horse rescue. We also offered dogs for adoption, raffle items, and get your picture taken with a Basset! |
